Refund Policy

Our refund policy does not generally accept returns or exchanges due to “change in mind.” As a small business selling handmade items, the time and cost associated with returns for this reason are too much to regularly incur. I ensure all items that are posted are of the highest standard, however, should there be any issues with your order please do not hesitate to contact me at hello@lilylovesclothing.co.uk. In the case of error on my part, there would of course be a refund or exchange or other appropriate solution.

Please make sure all returned items are packaged well and are in unused, unworn, unwashed, damage free condition. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will returns be accepted for worn, washed or damaged items.

Returns are not possible for pants, headbands, teethers or reusable wipes, due to hygiene reasons.

We would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post, this is for your peace of mind, and ours as we are not liable for items lost in the post. This is not a requirement of law, this is a courtesy request. Return postage costs are at the buyer expense and the original postage will not be refunded.

Please note there will be no refunds on sale items, unless faulty.
Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns and refund policy.
